Title:  Orientaciones, conceptos e incertidumbres de la política regional europea para el siglo XXI
Abstract: RESUMEN

Se analizan algunas dimensiones más elementales de la nueva política regional comunitaria diseñada a partir de la Agenda 2000. Tras apuntar los precedentes en que se apoya, se definen sus grandes líneas (financiación y objetivos generales), se hace una valoración de las nuevas contribuciones, insistiendo particularmente en la estrecha relación entre política de desarrollo regional y ordenación del territorio, se destaca la perspectiva de la ampliación y sus consecuencias a estos efectos y se finaliza con unas valoraciones finales donde se resumen de forma breve las luces y las sombras de la nueva política regional.

ABSTRACT

The new community regional politic’s more elementary dimensions are analyzed designed starting from the Calendar 2000. After the precedents in that she leans on, pointing they are defined their big lines (financing and general objectives), a valuation of the new taxes is made, insisting particulary in the narrow relationship between politics of regional development and spatial planning, he stands out the perspective of the amplification and their consequences to these effects and you concludes with some final valuations where summary in a brief way the lights and the new regional politic’s shades.
